Every Networx Pro receives a customizable profile page to promote their business to potential customers. In this article, we will discuss the various features of the profile page and how you can get the most out of yours!

First, let's access your profile.

Click on the "Profile" tab in the top left of your dashboard

Once here you will see various sections where you can add things such as a description of your company and the services you offer along with photos and links to social media.

Pro's with a complete profile page close a higher percentage of business than those that have an incomplete one. This is because every homeowner that submits a request through our site receives an email containing a link to the profile page of the Pros that received that lead.

To make things easier, we listed the steps to complete each feature within your profile page below.

How can I see what my profile looks like to customers?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on “View Profile” on the top right.

How do I send customers the link to my profile?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on “View Profile” on the top right.
3. Copy the URL at the very top and paste into a text or email.

How do I change my company name?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on the “Company Name” field. Add name.
3. Then click “Save Changes”.

How do I add my company’s main services?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab.
2. Click on the “Main Services” field.
3. Add main services. Then click “Save Changes”.

How do I add my company’s description?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on the “Company Description” field.
3. Add the company's description. Then click “Save Changes”.

How do I add what sets us apart from other contractors?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on the “what sets us apart from other contractors” field towards the bottom.
3. Add what sets you apart.
4. Then click “Save Changes”.

How do I add what we are best known for?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on the “what we are best known for” field towards the bottom.
3. Add what you are best known for. Then click “Save Changes”.

Can I add links to my online web presence?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on the “Web Presence” field towards the bottom. You can add links to your own Website, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Yelp Profile, Google Business Page, YouTube Video, and BBB Page simply copying and pasting the URL into the corresponding fields. Please don't forget to hit the save button once entered and they will show up on your Networx Profile as active links, giving potential customers the ability to see these sites.

Can I add photos to my profile?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on the “Photos” field towards the bottom.
3. Then click on “Upload Projects You Are Proud Of”. This will allow you to access the galleries on your computer or phone.
4. From there, simply click the picture, open it, and save.

Can I delete pictures from my profile?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on the “Photos” field towards the bottom.
3. Choose the photo that you want to delete.
4. Click delete.

Can I add captions to my photos?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on the “Photos” field towards the bottom.
3. Choose the photo you want to add a caption to.
4. Click “Edit”, and write your caption
5. Click “Save”.

Can I add deals that I’m offering customers, awards that I have won, or the year that I was established?

1. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left.
2. Click on the “Additional Information” field towards the bottom.
3. Then simply fill in your deals being offered, the year that you were established, or any awards that you have won
4. Click save.
