1. What is Networx Loyalty?
Networx Loyalty is Networx’s loyalty program designed for Pros in the Networx community. There are currently three tiers: Pro, Champion, and Hero, each with its own benefits.
2. How do I become a member of the Networx loyalty program?
All Networx professionals are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program in the “Pro” tier.
3. How do I earn rewards?
Contractors earn rewards through 2 criteria: by remaining active in their Networx accounts and spending on leads through their Budget. Each tier has outlined criteria for days with Networx and an uncredited budget spent on leads to enter the tier.
“Uncredited budget spent” on leads refers to the dollar spent collected on the leads Networx provides. It does not include leads that have been credited back.
4. What are the benefits of being a member of the Networx loyalty program?
Benefits of the Networx loyalty program include access to exclusive features and services, anniversary gifts, priority support, and other surprises.
5. How can I check rewards from the Networx loyalty program?
Pros can check their rewards by logging into their Networx account and navigating to The Loyalty Program tab in the dashboard.
6. What are the requirements between the tiers?
Pro: Join the Networx Community
Champion: 45 Live Days, $500 budget used
Hero: 90 Live Days, $2,000 budget used
7. Are there any fees associated with the Networx Loyalty Program?
No, there are no fees.
8. What happens if I cancel my Networx membership while I have rewards in the loyalty program?
If a contractor cancels their Networx membership while they have rewards in the loyalty program, those rewards will be forfeited as they will completely lose their status.
9. How often will new tiers or rewards be added to the Networx loyalty program?
New tiers and rewards may be added to the Networx loyalty program in the future, but the frequency and specifics of these updates are not yet determined.
10. I met the criteria for the next tier. Why has my status not changed?
There is a 48-hour delay in seeing movement to the next tier. Please check back into your dashboard 48 hours after meeting the new criteria to see your new status.
