At Networx, we strive to provide high-quality leads to our contractors. However, we understand that sometimes leads may slip through our quality filters. In such situations, we are committed to providing prompt and fair resolution to all credit requests.

What conditions qualify for credit to be requested?

  1. If the lead has a disconnected phone number or fake contact information.

  2. If the lead is for a service or area you didn't sign up for.

  3. If the lead is a duplicate of another lead from Networx.

  4. If the person who submitted the lead does not have permission to hire or does not have permission from the owner to do the work.

  5. If the person who submitted the lead is only looking for employment and not actively seeking services.

How you can request a credit:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Find the lead you are requesting credit for.

  3. Click "Report Lead" then select the reason and provide a short description of the issue.

Your lead status will remain reported until reviewed. Once reviewed, we will notify you by email if your request has been approved. All lead reviews and resolutions are final and are not eligible for further credit requests.

The following situations are accounted for in our lead pricing and are therefore not eligible for lead credits:

  1. The consumer already found someone to complete the work.

  2. The consumer changed their mind.

  3. The consumer is just "shopping".

  4. You did not win the job.

  5. You contact us more than 14 days past the date on which the lead was received.

  6. A lead is received within 1 hour of pausing an account.
