Pausing can be achieved in a few quick steps.

Click "account" in the bottom right of the screen. From the plans page select the plan you wish to pause and click "view plan" to access the plan details. You will see a gear icon in the top right corner of the page. Click that icon.

You are now on the Plan Settings page. Click the pause button and on the next page select how much time you need. Select the best pause reason from the dropdown menu before saving the changes.

Once complete, you will see a pop-up confirming that you have successfully paused your plan.

To resume a plan that is currently paused, follow the steps to access the "plan settings" page. Click the blue button that says "Reactivate".

You should then see a pop-up confirming that the plan is now active.
