How long can I pause?

Still busy? On vacation and can't take new leads? Pause until your ready.

Your account can be paused from 1-28 days at a time. You can reactivate at any time by clicking the reactivate button under the "Plan" tab.

To extend pause on Website:
1. Click “Plan” on the left side of the screen.
2. Click "Reactivate Leads"
3. Click the blue “Pause” button at the top right.
4. Choose an option from 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or Custom.
5. Click on the desired time, select a reason for pausing, and then click the blue “Pause” button again.

To extend pause on App:
1. Click “Account” at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click " View Plan" on the next page.
3. Click the “Gear icon” in the top right.
4. On the "Plan settings" page click "Pause" You will see options for, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, and Calendar.
5. Click on the desired time, select a reason for pausing, and then click the blue “Save” button.
