Networx gives you full access to your account with the ability to make changes to your plan settings from desktop or mobile. Below you will find exactly how to do so whenever, and wherever you need!
To make changes to your plan on Desktop click on the "Plan" tab on the left side of the screen. From there click "Edit" in the top right corner.
Here you will see that you can edit things such as your budget, renewal frequency, coverage area, and much more. Once you have finished making the changes you wish, click "Save Changes" and you are all done.
Mobile App
On the Networx mobile app, click on the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen, then select "My Plans".
If you have more than one plan you will see them grouped vertically. To view plan details or to edit your plan click "View Plan".
Within the "Plan Details" menu you can view your current balance, add funds and view or edit your lead categories. To add add funds click the "Add Funds" button. To add categories click "Add More" in blue or the "X" next to the lead price to remove a category.
To pause a plan, edit your budget or coverage area and additional plan settings click the settings icon in the top right of the "Plan Details" page.
Activating or pausing a plan is done by clicking either "Pause" or "Reactivate" at the top of the page.
After clicking "Pause" you will need to select a date to "Reactivate" your leads. You can select from options of 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or choose a custom date range by clicking "Calendar". Before saving the changes you must select a pause reason from the dropdown menu.

Adjusting your budget
Click "Edit" from the Plan Settings page.
Input a budget amount that aligns with the volume of leads you want to receive and then select how often you would like the budget to renew. When finished, click "Save"
How to change your radius or coverage area
Click "Edit" from the Plan Settings page.
To increase or lower the size of your coverage area, leave the "Center Zip" (zip code) the same and input how many miles you would like to service around that zip code. Click "Show" to view the radius in more detail or click "Zip Code List" to see a list of all zip codes within the radius.
When you are satisfied with the changes, click "Save".
Custom Lead Delivery Settings
To enable or disable custom lead settings such as nights & weekends or leads from out of state, click "Plan Settings" from within the "Plan Details" page.
From there, you can enable or disable leads at night or on weekends. Or, if you live close to a neighboring state turn off leads that may come from that area.
