Billed for wrong leads

This is certainly not the experience we want to provide! Pro's have control over the category of leads they receive.

First, make sure your categories are accurate, either in your dashboard or through the mobile app

  • Simply log in to your dashboard/app and click "Plan"

  • From there you will see a selection of various job categories/tasks

  • Select or unselect the categories you service

  • If you don't see the type of work you wish to add scroll down to "more categories" or use the search feature

If you continue to receive leads in a category not selected, please let our team know via a lead credit request or give us a call at (888) 612-8043 so we can make it right for you.
