Need a break? Networx offers the ability to pause your account until you want to take advantage of our services and partner with us again. You can pause your account through your online dashboard or on the mobile app for up to 30 days and won’t receive leads during that time.
To pause your account, follow the steps below:
Select "Plan" and then "Pause" (app) or "Pause leads" (website)
Select 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or the calendar
If calendar, choose the date you’d like to resume getting leads. Your account will be on pause until then. You can pause your account for up to thirty days.
Select a reason from the drop-down menu. At Network, we strive to provide the absolute best service possible to our Pros. Telling us about your experience helps us do better in the future.
Click "Save"
