A complete profile is a great way to show potential customers the quality of your work and services and our data shows that Pros with completed profiles win more jobs. Here’s what you need to do:
Fill out your profile.
Introduce yourself- upload a logo, company description, and information about your best work. What do you want customers to know about you that sets you apart from other Professionals? These small details make a big difference.
Show off your work- photos can make or break winning a job with customers. Choose and upload images that highlight the types of jobs you want and that will inspire customers to trust you to do their job. Photos that work best include before-and-after images or shots of a completed project.
To do this click on the “Photos” field towards the bottom. Then click on “Upload Projects You Are Proud Of”. This will allow you to access the galleries on your computer or phone. From there, simply click the picture, open it, and save it. To delete photos just click on the “Photos” field towards the bottom and choose the photo that you want to delete, click delete and you're done.
Brag a little- share any awards or certifications you have received. Adding business highlights is a great way to differentiate yourself.
You’ll want to confirm your Billing information and Plan settings are accurate as well for proper invoicing and operations.
Customers always love a deal. To publish any special offerings, discounts or promotions click on the “Additional Information” field toward the bottom and then simply fill in anything you are currently offering.
